It was the vision of the Group’s leadership to improve the groups delivery service to the customer, so it was decided to house the parent company and its subsidiaries under one roof. All 3750 staff, 3001 workstations now call this 34 000 sqm campus home for the foreseeable future.

As the client was the largest IT and tech company in the country, the offices have been fitted with state of the art technologies to ensure the building is functioning at an optimum level that is second to none.

This was the first for the client to implement alternative work spaces that attracted the work force of the future and increased productivity and staff morale which in-turn resulted in revenue uplift and reduction in operational expenditures.

The commission also included the change management and relocation of 3750 staff, negotiation and closure of 18 offices that the company and its subsidiaries were previously located at. This was undertaken during the 18 month programme as a number of the previous leases were at the end of the term.
