Business Requirement

Business has been frustrated by lack of processes and engagement with the CRES team and do not view them as a strategic business partner. As such, there have been frustrations with the level of service offered by the CRES team and quality of the working environment.

Actions Taken

CRES has re-negotiated contracts with the FM Services to provide an improved quality of service to the Large Telecommunications Company’s campuses and ensuring that this is measured through detailed and exacting SLAs.

ICRES was the new integrated system that was implemented that allowed every asset with the organisation to interact and engage with CRES on their requirements that was managed with a state of the art property, facilities, asset management system.

Business Benefits

  • The Opex spend for running the CRES team and FM contracts has been managed carefully to be significantly below inflation for the past 4 years
  • There has been ~9% decrease in actual spend from FY15 to FY16 P0 budget

A new customised solution was developed to provide improved visibility and management across the Large Telecommunications Company locations.
This system will include:

  • Asset management (including location data)
  • Mast and towers capacity management
  • Repairs and maintenance management
