Through a framework agreement we coordinated and project managed the delivery of several new branches in Africa.

The projects involve setting up new branches across Africa, with office fit outs ranging in size from 350 –600m2 and include the basic services for an office environment such as data & electrical equipment, furniture, shop fitting and general construction work.

Responsibility: responsible for the project execution and close out phases of these project, but has also been deeply involved in the projects since inception.

During the various phases the responsibility was to coordinate and manage a comprehensive multi national team of professionals and contractors to bring these projects to completion.

The key to the successful delivery of these projects is the stakeholder management within the clients organisation ensuring that the new and refurbished branches meets the clients global standards for design, IT and security requirements.
