The commission was to provide facilities and property management services to a large financial institute’s corporate real estate portfolio throughout the United Arab Emirates.
Property Management services were extended to ninety-five properties and ninety-six ATM sites around the continent. The commission was a traditional Facility Management agent role, managing 51 contractors on the bank’s behalf covering the spectrum of technical to soft services.
Following the successes of the commission the company was appointed across Africa to project manage a portfolio that includes a new banking center, the refurbishment of several offices and the fit-out of a new back office service center.
