Large Financial Institute Centre of Excellence

Since 2009, were were providing project and commercial management services to Large Financial Institute for the development of a model of procurement excellence throughout South Africa .

The ‘Centre of Excellence’ is a supply management system that offers a comprehensive and inclusive solution for the securing and nurturing of quality relationships with the Large Financial Institute’s supply chain partners.

The objective of the centre is to develop and enhance efficiency, reliability and control within the bank’s supply chain. As a result, the Centre of Excellence added value has already been realised through the negotiation of project and cost management framework agreements and through the faster response to addressing end user needs.

Through knowledge share and supply chain experience which provides a significant value to the Client and plays a pivotal role in the establishment and implementation of the new management system.

In addition to establishing a viable supply chain, the intention was to accredit the CRES division of the Large Financial Institute to ISO 9001 and 14001 through the new processes and mechanisms incorporated into Large Financial Institute’s procedures.

Large Financial Institute’s commitment to increasing their Black Economic Empowerment status (BEE) in South Africa has been addressed by embracing the entities they engage with and still maintaining the quality of the delivery to their clients by working together.
